    Organizational Development (OD) is a relatively new and emerging tool in the management of organizational behavior.  Essentially, OD allows management to continually improve the performance of the organization by insuring that the organization is continually assessing and improving upon the infrastructure and behavioral reinforcement characteristics that enable and reinforce people to perform in the desired fashion, respectively.  Misty River Consulting can assist your effort to refine the infrastructure and behavioral reinforcement elements of the organization to continually improve the performance of effective and efficient organizational behavior that engages employees in the improvement of customer enthusiasm and process performance.
