Donald A. Kerper - Biographical Information

    Donald Kerper, principal of Misty River Consulting, specializes in organizational change and business performance improvement.  Kerper’s background includes a MA in Organizational Psychology, several years as a manager within Weyerhaeuser, and 17 years consulting with and assisting organizational leaders improve their company’s performance in measurable fashions.
 

    Kerper is also a Certified Professional Facilitator, one of approximately 400 in the USA.

    Kerper has helped many companies in the use of effective management techniques to improve profitability through cost reduction and revenue enhancement methods.  He can also be instrumental facilitating the integration of new technology into production and corporate systems.  In addition, Kerper offers individual or group consultation services, facilitation services, and entertaining yet professional keynote addresses, half-day workshops, or full day seminars.

    A master at communications, the author of several books and a series of supervisory leadership manuals, numerous articles on leadership, continuous improvement (lean manufacturing, six sigma, 5S, SMED, Constraint Theory, etc.) and management change, Kerper’s consultancy has facilitated significant improvements in organizational performance across the country.
